Terms and Conditions
When you place an order with Advanced Flight Theory, we will notify you by email or phone if there is any delay in supplying your order. We will only charge your credit card once your order is ready to be dispatched.
Unforeseen unexpected demand or supply difficulties may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing.
Postage Within Australia
Delivery will be via Australia Post EParcel or Express Post and customers will need to provide a daytime delivery address such as a home or work address with postcode and a contact telephone number.
Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for the parcel. If delivery is unsuccessful, Australia Post will leave a calling card asking the recipient to contact them directly to arrange for re-delivery (again at no charge). In all cases if the parcel is not received within seven (7) business days it will be returned to us and additional delivery charges will apply.
International Postage
Upon receipt of your order Advanced Flight Theory will email a quotation for overseas postage and provide several postage options. Your order will not be processed until you have confirmed which postage method you wish to use.
Please be aware that Overseas Airmail orders are only traceable to the point where they have left Australia. The delivery of these orders are subsequently reliant on overseas postal services. Advanced Flight Theory will provide as much assistance as possible in tracing overseas items, however once these items have left Australia it is unfortunately out of our control. Advanced Flight Theory does not take responsibility for items lost by overseas postal services. Some overseas postage options are traceable and fully insured and therefore replaceable if lost en route.
International shipping costs are determined by the total weight of the order and the shipping method chosen by the customer.
GST Exemption on Overseas Orders
International orders are GST exempt however please be aware that your order may be subject to local or customs taxes in the country of destination. Please check with your local authority to ascertain applicable rates. Any additional charge must be paid by the recipient and is not the responsibility of Advanced Flight Theory.
